T2050 Application to Register a Charity Under the Income Tax Act
Notice to the reader:
This form was revised on December 10, 2008. Minor modifications were also made on July 22, 2009 to add more space for applicants to describe their activities. Effective September 1, 2009, the CRA will no longer accept applications submitted on the old T2050(01) form. Please destroy any blank copies of Form T2050(01). New applications should be completed using Form T2050(09)below.
