This return must be filed by each registered agent or terminated registered agent of a registered association, electoral district agent, or terminated electoral district agent of a registered political party by:

• June 30 of the year following the period covered by the return, in the case of a registered party; or
• May 31 of the year following the period covered by the return, in the case of a registered association.
