My Business Account

My Business Account (MyBA) is a secure and convenient way for businesses and organizations to access their Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) account information online.

Using MyBA, a registered charity’s representatives can:

  • view information about their organization, including the charity’s name and address on file with the CRA
  • update the charity's physical address, mailing address, and the address for its books and records
  • add, update, or remove authorized representatives for the charity
  • access payroll and GST accounts online, file T4 slips, GST returns, and view the charity’s account balance, transactions, and remitting requirements

The Charities Directorate is working to add more self-serve features to MyBA by late 2018. This will include filing the annual T3010 Registered Charity Information Return online.
