Individual income tax enquiries: Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). However, from February 20 to April 30, 2012, these hours are extended to 9:00 p.m. (local time), and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays (except Easter weekend).
Business enquiries: Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time). Saturday Service will be available on February 18 and 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time).
Child and family benefits enquiries (including the GST/HST credit): Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).
Provincial Programs for Ontario (PPO): Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern standard time).
Payment arrangements (income tax): Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern standard time).
Payment arrangements (Child and familiy benefits overpayment): Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Eastern standard time).

Office hours
Our offices are open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (except holidays). In order to see a Taxpayer Service Agent in the local tax service office, you must have a pre-scheduled appointment. Check your local tax services office for more information.
