Telephone service Hours of service
Individual income tax enquiries Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). However, from February 20 to April 30, 2012, these hours are extended to 9:00 p.m. (local time), and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays (except Easter weekend).
Business enquiries Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time). Saturday Service will be available on February 18 and 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time).
Canada Child Tax Benefit enquiries Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).
