Integrity and service excellence
As public servants and CRA employees, we proudly deliver high-quality service and uphold the public interest. We serve with integrity guided by public service standards and CRA instruments such as the Code of integrity and professional conduct and the Directive on conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality and post-employment.
The Code describes what it means to act in accordance with CRA and public sector values. It also outlines rules, including laws and policies, that direct employee conduct, promote compliance, and address misconduct. As for the Directive, it helps us to prevent situations that could give rise to a real, apparent, or potential conflict of interest.
