My Business Account

Business owners (including partners, directors, and officers) can access their GST/HST, payroll, corporation income taxes, excise taxes, excise duties and other levies accounts online. See List of services.

Before you start

What's new for My Business Account

Starting October 5, 2009

  • You will be asked to choose and answer security questions on your first log in.
  • You will be able to pay online using "My Payment" from the Quick links on My Business Account or from the CRA home page.
  • The threshold for online filing of GST/HST returns will increase from $10,000 to $50,000. To learn more, see Eligibility.
  • You will be able to view the address we have on record for your registered charity account.

Starting January 2010, you will be able to file Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) returns, view a return's status, view the address we have on record, and download rejected individual records by selecting "Information returns". You can only download TFSA rejected records through My Business Account. To learn more, see www.cra.gc.ca/tfsa.
