Your personal user ID and password to access My Business Account should not be given to anyone, including your representative.
You can authorize representatives to:
Online authorization gives your representative immediate access to your business accounts. Most services offered through My Business Account are available to representatives. However, your representative will access them through Represent a Client.

View activities and transactions performed online for your business account(s), by your authorized representative(s) (including employees).
