About Online Requests

Requests can be sent to us electronically simply by typing your information and selecting the "Submit request" button.

Since financial requests require personal account review, they must be processed manually. Each request will be promptly forwarded to the appropriate office for action.

This service also accepts requests for the following communication based items:

  • customized statements
  • additional remittance vouchers
  • copies of previously issued communication items
  • account mailing instructions

Where possible, the system will action these requests within 24 hours of receipt. If the system is unable to automatically respond, requests will be forwarded to the appropriate tax centre for processing.

If any of the Online Requests result in the generation of correspondence, it will be issued through regular mail.

After receiving your Online Request, we may have to contact you for more information or to confirm that we've made the change you requested. Since our encryption system doesn't function on email, any follow-up will be done by telephone or regular mail.

Do not use this feature to:
  • make general business enquiries
  • make change of address requests
  • make non-account related enquiries
