My Account for Individuals

Due to annual system upgrades, some My Account services will be temporarily unavailable starting 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2010 (Eastern Time).

Services that will not be available:
January 30 at 6:00 a.m. Change my return
February 10 at 8:00 p.m. - Apply for Child Benefits
- Change my address
- Direct deposit
- Pre-authorized payment plan
February 12 at 8:00 p.m. Authorize my representative
February 13 at 12:01 a.m. All of My Account
All services will resume at 6:00 a.m. on February 15, 2010 with the new release of My Account.

My Account allows you to track your refund, view or change your return, check your benefit and credit payments and your RRSP limit, set up direct deposit, and so much more.

What's new for My Account

Starting October 5, 2009, you will be asked to choose and answer security questions on your first log in.
