Adjust your browser settings


Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8

Enabling Cookies

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click Privacy tab.
  4. Click Advanced button. The Advanced Privacy Settings window is displayed.
  5. Check Override automatic cookie handling under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
  6. Check the Accept or Prompt option under First-party Cookies.
  7. Check OK.
  8. Click OK on the Internet Options window.
  9. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling JavaScript

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click Security tab.
  4. Click Custom Level.
  5. Under Active Scripting check Enable.
  6. Click OK on the Security Settings window.
  7. Click OK on the Internet Options window.
  8. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to Security section.
  5. Check Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Firefox

Mozilla Firefox 3.5.x (Windows, Linux)

Enabling Cookies

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  4. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  5. Check Accept cookies from sites.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling JavaScript

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Options on the menu.
  3. Select Content.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript.
  5. Scroll down to Scripting.
  6. Click OK on the Options window.
  7. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Options on the menu.
  3. Click Advanced tab.
  4. Click Encryption tab.
  5. Check Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Mozilla Firefox 2.x (Windows, Linux)

Enabling Cookies

  1. Select Tools from the browser menu bar.
  2. Select Options.

Enabling Cookies

  1. Select Preferences from the settings drop down menu. (Gear icon located in the top right hand part of the window).
  2. Click Security tab.
  3. Where it says Accept Cookies check either Always or Only from sites you navigate to.
  4. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling JavaScript

  1. Select Preferences from the settings drop down menu. (Gear icon located in the top right hand part of the window).
  2. Click Security tab.
  3. Where it says Web Content check Enable JavaScript.
  4. Close your browser for the new settings to take effect.

Enabling TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0

Safari uses TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0 encryption by default and there is no setting to enable.

Safari (Mac)
