Internet file transfer (XML)

If you use payroll, commercial, or in-house developed software to manage your business, you can submit files of up to 150 MB over the Internet using the Internet File Transfer application. Use this method to file original or amended T1204, T215, T3, T4, T4A, T4A (OAS), T4A (P), T4A-NR, T4E, T4RSP, T4RIF, T5, T5007, T5008, T5018, NR4, AGR-1, RRSP Contribution Receipts Return, SAFER or TFSA information return.
