Computer Theft at the Canada Revenue Agency Tax Services Office in Laval, Québec
A class action (Nathalie Marcotte v. Her Majesty The Queen et al., Federal court record: T-1869-07) has been commenced in order to compensate persons for which certain personal information was stored on the hard drives of computers that were stolen on September 4th 2003 from the Agency's Office, located in Laval, Province of Québec.
