The Administration Directorate, as part of the Finance and Administration Branch, is the main agent of change responsible for materiel management across the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It has full accountability and authority for policies and activities for procurement, contracting, asset management / inventory management and disposal. It is also responsible for the setting of policy directions and framework for materiel management in the CRA. This independence will permit the Directorate to build solutions tailored to the CRA operations so that it may better meet its management objectives and specialized needs in contracting and materiel management.
