My Business Account - T4 Web Forms and T4 Desktop Application

It's that time of year again to prepare and submit your T4 information return to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Have you used a blank or fillable versions of the T4 slip and summary in the past?

If so, you can use the CRA's free software this year to create your original or amended return for up to 70 employees.

All you have to do is key the employee data into the software and it will validate the information and calculate the amounts required for the T4 summary.

One of the advantages is that by electronically saving the employee data, you can access, use and amend it for the following year, saving you valuable time.

Finally, you can print copies of the slips for your employees, a copy of the summary for your own records, and your electronic confirmation of receipt.
