Business activity

You must clearly describe your major business activity.

Specify up to three main services you provide or contract, or products you sell, manufacture, or mine. Give the percentage of revenue that each product or service represents.

For example, an art store may have the following:

• sale of framed paintings 60%
• framing services 30%
• sale of art supplies 10%

• Form RC1, Request for a Business Number (BN)
