Charities Information Webinars

The Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) launched a pilot project in February 2009 to test the use of webinars as an additional communication channel. Due to the success of these pilot webinars, the CRA will continue to pilot webinars until June 2010.

A webinar is an interactive presentation similar to the Charities Information Sessions. However, instead of a face-to-face presentation, it is an hour-long, interactive online session.

These information sessions are free and are an excellent opportunity to learn about your charity's legal obligations.
