Client Services - general enquiries

Our toll-free telephone service is available weekdays (except statutory holidays) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. eastern standard time and provides:

• general information to the public about registered charities;
• answers to questions on the issuance of official donation receipts, completion of applications (T2050), and annual returns (T3010);
• operational guidance to existing registered charities; and
• information to potential applicants on the process of applying for registration.
