Listings published in the Canada Gazette

In accordance with section 204.5 of the Income Tax Act a list of all registered investments as of December 31 of the preceding year is published in the Canada Gazette each year.

The official list of all registered investments as of December 31, 2008 was published in Part I of the Canada Gazette on August 1^st, 2009 (Vol.143, No.31, page 2191).

At the Canada Gazette, you can get information on subscribing to that publication and getting official printed copies of it.
