Changes in the review of locking-in addenda

The Registered Plans Directorate currently reviews, approves, and assigns the appropriate designation to locking-in addenda that are submitted by issuers and carriers.

Effective immediately, the Directorate will no longer be reviewing, approving, or assigning a designation to locking-in addenda. Issuers and carriers will still be required to submit the addenda to the Directorate, but they will no longer be reviewed or acknowledged.
