Tax-free Savings Account Outreach Sessions
Times, locations and the agenda for the Tax-free Savings Account Outreach Sessions will be posted on the website as soon as details become available.
Confirmation of registration will be emailed to participants in early November. We will do our best to accommodate as many participants as possible.
We cordially invite prospective issuers of Tax-free Savings Accounts, or their agents, to attend one of our outreach sessions to be held in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
The sessions in Toronto and Vancouver will be half-day events hosted mainly in English, by the Registered Plans Directorate (RPD), with French and English PowerPoint presentations by RPD and others.
The session in Montreal will be a half-day event hosted in French, by RPD, with French and English PowerPoint presentations by RPD and others.
There will be time allotted during each session for a bilingual question and answer period concerning Income Tax Act issues. Prospective session dates are as follows:
Toronto - November 20, 2008
Montréal - November 25, 2008
Vancouver - November 28, 2008
To confirm your participation, please provide us with your name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address by October 31, 2008. Since space is limited, we will confirm participation on a "first come, first served" basis and will ensure proportional representation. We would also welcome your suggestions for the agenda.
