Public general information seminars
These information seminars provide a general overview of the SR&ED program, covering the following:
- Eligibility criteria
- Qualifying expenditures
- How to prepare and file an SR&ED claim
- Supporting documentation
These seminars are intended for claimants who are new to the program or are planning on filing a claim, and are suitable for an audience of both technical and financial staff. There is no charge to attend.

Public seminars on SR&ED financial issues
This information seminar provides a summary of the financial aspects of the SR&ED program. It is intended for financial or accounting staff already familiar with the basics of the SR&ED program. Attendees will be taken through the completion of a T661 Form and the calculation of Investment Tax Credits. There is no charge to attend. Pre-registration is required, as seating is limited.

This specialized workshop for SR&ED stakeholders involved in the Software and Information Technology sector will include presentations, a panel discussion, and a case study. The focus will be on issues affecting SR&ED claims in this sector. This workshop is intended for an audience familiar with the SR&ED program.
